Well, the winter months are definitely upon us!! So now is the time to make sure we are eating healthy and being active to fight off the winter blues and colds.


From the beginning of November we have 8 weeks of exercise left!!! Come on ladies, let’s get fit and look forward to wearing those little black dresses we dig out every year for Christmas and New Ye...
