30 Minutes of high intense interval fat burning training which will create an fat burn up to 24 hours after exercise. It's only 30 minutes and you do 2 sessions of 10 sessions usually between 30-45 seconds of exercise with an 5-10 seconds rest between exercise. It's a great start to anyone's weekend.
