A mixed ability Fitness Pilates class suitable for all levels as each exercise is taken from easy to hard through their different stages. Fitness Pilates helps strengthen the core and increase flexibility, as well as getting a general whole body workout. Fitness Pilates is faster paced than your traditional slow Pilates but you can rest when needed or take the easy option when you want.
