Quotes I think that you do everything very well. Classes can have the potential to be intimidating for beginners but that isn't the case at all with yours. You are obviously very friendly and welcoming but there is more to it than that. You are very good at making sure you describe each exercise every time, reminding people of correct technique and giving easier and harder options. The sessions were great fun and really effective, helping me to tone up and lose weight.
