Sports massage should play an important part in the life of sportsman/women but also for non-athletes; its also helpful for common injuries, restricted range of motion, stresses and strains from work life and anyone wanting to relax. 

Massage has a number of benefits physical, physiological and psychological:

  • Reduced fatigue, stress and tension.
  • Helps with the recovery of tired, overworked muscles.
  • Encourages circulation
  • Identify problems and potential injuries before they occur.
  • A relaxing, enjoyable experience

Sports massage is a type of Swedish massage that stimulates circulation of blood and lymph fluids. It allows the break down of adhesion (knots in the muscles) and increases range of motion. Sports massage emphasizes prevention and healing of injuries to the muscles and tendons.

From the occasional aches in the back, tense shoulders and resisted mobility, sports massage will work deep into the areas to help relieve the problem.

30 minutes = £30

45 minutes = £35

1 Hour = £38

Cancellation Fee unless given 24 hour notice full charge
